A message from Courtney...
I was lost in a sea of disruption. Everything I had been working toward came crashing down on me in a matter of a couple weeks. Everything I built was destroyed and I was left in ruin. My belief had been rubbed down to almost nothing. And all of it was necessary to experience the most profound shift of my life.
I turned to energy work and to a single source who has been watching over me my entire life. During one energy session, I saw things clearly for the first time in over a year, and I was visted by an Angel who gifted me with a deeper connection to the Universe than I ever had before. WHAT IS REIKI?
"Reiki healing is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen life-force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life-force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy."

Our sessions are done on a massage table in whatever position is the most comfortable for you. During a session you can expect to feel the practitioner's hands gently resting on you to establish balance in your energy field, remaining respectful of your comfort level. Therefore, as the receiver of the energy work, nothing is expected of you. You may relax and take the time to meditate or fall asleep.

Meet Courtney, your life alchemist
I have been able to send forgiveness to the abusive, angry, and cruel people who have colored my life. I have healed relationships that I once thought impossible to heal. I have found a powerful voice in myself I never knew existed.
I am living the life created by my own imagination and loving every minute of it! But all of this is possible because I’ve been where you are and I reached out for help.

With years of life coaching experience and energy work, I have helped countless individuals heal their traumas, releasing their blocks to find success and elevated consciousness.
I received my coaching certification from the Life Mastery Institute, led by highly respected coach, Mary Morrissey. Through this program I learned how to guide my clients through paradigm shifting exercises that bring immediate change to
their lives.
I then took my coaching practice to new levels studying with some of the best coaches in the industry; Jason Goldberg, Vishen Lakhiani, and Ajit Nawalkha to name a few. Through many courses, books, meditations, and life experiences, I took my key learnings and the work that worked best for me, compiled it all together and created E3, my signature life coaching program. I have also had the honor of training other coaches and introducing them to the field to help serve those in need.
My energy work
Working hand-in-hand with Life Coaching, my energy work supports the natural internal healing that is necessary for transcendence. I received my 1st and 2nd degree certifications at the Reiki Center for Natural Healing here in Colorado Springs. I then received my Master level from a fellow light worker in the Usui tradition. Since then I have been practicing out of my home and expanding my study on the world of energy as a student to my aunt, Beth Koehler. It is my utmost pleasure to serve anyone interested in energy work and to help guide them to the path of physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Prior to being in this line of work I was a public school teacher and certified School Climate Specialist with a background in conflict resolution, restorative justice mediation, and team building and leadership skill training. I marry these skills together with the Life Coaching and Energy work to bring you the very best system I have seen to create the change you seek.
In my personal life, my husband and I are blessed with a spirited 8 year old boy and a beautiful 6 year old girl who was brought to us through the most magical of circumstances! Motherhood is by far the most challenging and rewarding role I have taken on. My little ones are being raised with the best of intentions and ultimate respect for the amazing gift that they are. It is my hope that my children, and the rest of the young ones being born into this time of enlightenment are raised with belief and faith in the impossible. I hope they will know the power they hold within them and use it to raise the collective vibration of our world.
